Cloning software.

Hi,

Any good cloning software out there to be downloaded for free? I have Windows 2000 with a scratched disk and a borrowed product key. Lost my key somewhere in the last move or two and I need to install my new HDD for my OS. Had a really hard time reloading the OS last time.
